Stellar experience with Dr. Phan and his staff. Great atmosphere from the moment we walked into the office. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Phan is highly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He and his staff were willing to go extra mile to accommodate my daughter’s difficult schedule. The office is very well done and comfortable. Entertaining to everyone who comes, always something to watch, there are massage chairs and the wait times are much better than other offices I’ve been to. I have recommended TriCity Orthodontics to everyone I know in need of braces.
